Held at my beautiful office space in Wollongbar.

Applications close 11th October | Limited spaces available

The dates are as follows:
October 18th
November 1st, 15th & 29th
December 13th

This 8-week group therapy program offers women a safe and supportive space to understand, process, and heal from the impacts of trauma. Each 2-hour session blends easy-to-understand psycho-education, guided trauma-informed practices, and group sharing to foster insight and transformation.

Together, we will explore the neuroscience of trauma, attachment theory, and the body’s adaptations for survival—helping you make sense of your experiences and responses. Using approaches such as Somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, you’ll learn practical tools for nervous system regulation, cultivating safety, and reconnecting with your authentic Self.

Each session begins with a grounding circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and being heard. From there, you’ll be guided through practices such as journaling, parts work, resourcing, and body-based regulation exercises, with opportunities to integrate these tools into daily life.

You’ll also receive audios and handouts to support your healing journey long after the course ends.

By the program’s close, participants often feel calmer, safer, and more connected—equipped with skills that rewire neural pathways, heal attachment trauma, reduce PTSD symptoms, and promote lasting transformation.

Investment: $299 | $259 concession

Applications will open Friday 5th September

An opportunity to express yourself with people who truly understand what chronic illness is like.

I look forward to welcoming you into our supportive space!

Please note: support groups are not group therapy, they are more of a peer support, a free and open space to connect.

What’s so good about group spaces?

As humans it is in our nature to grow, develop and heal within a social environment. Safe attachment figures and a community of support is crucial for our well-being. As community isolation and loneliness is at an all-time high, it is more important than ever to gather as groups in a place where you feel seen, heard and understood.

Group therapy and support groups can also help to heal attachment trauma on a deeper level. When we are amongst a group of people who are supportive, non-judgemental and present, we feel felt by them. Feeling felt is called ‘attunement’. This is something we crave from the moment we give birth.

Unfortunately, through no fault of our own, we are often not accurately or effectively attuned with as we grow up. We may have had parents who were too busy, unavailable or not present. We may have even suffered abuse from them or other trusted figures in our life.

When we experience feeling felt by other humans, we feel seen. We feel validated, heard, understood. This helps us breathe a sigh of relief, ‘someone gets me’ or ‘I’m normal, I’m human, others experience this too’.

There is so much healing in group spaces, so why not give it a try?
