Hi! My name is Liga.
I specialise in skill-building and habit reformation to help you live your life with more ease and joy 🙂

I offer individual counselling and group therapy in a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. Sessions are available in person, via video, or by phone.

My approach gently helps you come home to yourself by learning to meet your emotions with compassion rather than fear. Together, we build simple skills to support your nervous system and help you be with difficult feelings instead of avoiding them.

Using mindfulness, body awareness, and gentle habit change, we work to shift patterns that keep you feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Over time, this helps create lasting positive change, greater resilience, and more ease in daily life. 🤍
